Marine Loaidng Arms(MLA)
Marine loading arm is an equipment specially used for loading / unloading oil and gas carried by tanker and oil carrier. The marine loading arms produced by HLPEC adopt an independent supporting structure, decreasing the load on pipes and swivel joints. The main pipeline only bears the weight of the liquid or gas, thus reducing the leakage rate and extending the service life.

ERC
Emergency Release Coupler
Our technical team innovated and developed the unique Hanlong double ball valve ERC, which is currently in global leading level. ERC mainly made up by double stop break ball valve and drive oil cylinder / ecectric cylinder. If needed, PLC control of electric device surge component movement can cause the ERC quick release function. The separation of urgency separation joint doesn't rely on hydraulic/electric power system. Designing by electro-hydraulic logic control, urgency separating control device can touch off other control system of marine loading arm, only after reconnecting with the urgency separating joint, then can start the ball valve of urgency separating system.
QCDC
Quick Connection and Disconnection Coupler
The quick connection and disconnection coupler (QCDC) enable marine loading arm and manifold flange of tanker to be quickly connected / disconnected, reducing the workload of the operator. The equipment is suitable for various product media, including oil products, chemical products, liquefied petroleum gas, liquefied natural gas, etc. Hanlong can provide manual QCDC, hydraulic QCDC, cryogenic hydraulic QCDC.
