LNG Ship refueling Skid
The LNG refueling skid is used to pre-cool and refuel the LNG fuel tanks of large vessels such as container ships. It meets the requirements for inert gas inertization, drying and pre-cooling of the LNG fuel tanks with liquid nitrogen, as well as the requirements for reheating the vent gas.
Technical Features
Technical Features
The LNG ship refueling skid is a skid-mounted system for LNG fuel tank pre-cooling, nitrogen inertization, drying, refueling and vent gas reheating support. It is designed for large vessel LNG fuel systems where integrated process control and modular deployment are required.
Composed of water bath skid, injection skid, re-heating vaporization skid and injection tower frame.
Equipped with a PLC controller, it can display data such as temperature, flow rate, pressure, and alarms in the skid-mounted system.
Supports querying of historical records for operating review and traceability.
