LNG truck loading arm is suitable for loading/unloading liquefied natural gas (LNG). Break away coupling is installed on the outboard arm. It can efficiently prevent pipeline from damage when emergency approach.

Each of the liquid and vapor arms has five swivel joints. The upper arm is used for vapor return, and the lower arm is used for liquid transferring.
Hanlong cryogenic swivel joint adopts double raceway design, equipped with nitrogen purge to keep internal raceways dry and prevent them from icing. It is processed by precise CNC machine, the high precision of processing and assembling of swiveling parts makes the whole loading arm easy to operate by only one person with low resistance. The high manufacturing precision results in minimum number of repairs. The replacement of the sealing ring is quick and convenient, and can be completed within a few minutes without returning to factory or disassembling steel balls from raceways.
With a double-layer structure, it has perfectly solved the problem of insufficient low-temperature strength of other suppliers' low-temperature rotary joints worldwide.
All welds of main pressured pipelines are argon arc welded and have been tested with strict non-destructive inspection, and strength test, air tightness test and low temperature test, which fully comply with HG/T 21608-2012 standard.
The outboard arm is equipped with high quality cut-off ball valve and nitrogen purge ball valve to replace the air in the pipeline before loading.
