CNG Loading & Unloading Arms
The configuration of CNG loading arm is similar to that of Bottom Unloading Loading Arm. Since the operating pressure of CNG loading and unloading is much higher than that of LPG, the swivel joint and connection coupler of CNG loading and unloading arm are specially made.

The swivel joint is designed in the form of double-layer and multi-bearing support, and can withstand a maximum working pressure of 45 MPa.
The diameter of the pipeline is unified into 1 inch, which increases the pressure safety factor and reduces the operation intensity.
A high-pressure break away coupling is installed at the outboard arm, so that the loading arm will not be damaged when the CNG tanker leaves the site in emergency.
CNG connection couplers can be customized according to requirements.
