The design of skid meets project specifications required by EPC and customer, and implements local standards and regulations. The skid is designed to meet SIS, HAZOP, and the electrical system is designed to meet ATEX or IEC and other explosion-proof requirements according to customer requirements.
Highly integrate pipelines, instrument valves, electrical equipment and control systems in one skid frame.
Usually composed of six to eight process pipelines, including liquid phase pipelines, gas phase pipelines, cold circulation pipelines, draining pipelines, vent pipelines, nitrogen pipelines and instrument air pipelines, ensuring safe and fast loading and unloading process. The quantity of loading is accurate and easy to control.
Each pipeline has corresponding control valves, optional manual valve or electric valve according to requirements. The loading and unloading operations can be completed by controlling valves.
Equipped with electrostatic grounding controller to monitor the grounding status of tanker in real time.
The loading and unloading functions can be integrated into one skid by configuring with vaporizer and cryogenic pump.
Modular design, only need to connect a few nozzle flanges and cables on site, and then the skid can be put into use. Most of assembling and commissioning will be completed in factory, which can save the time on site.

| LNG Liquid Pipeline | The LNG liquid pipeline is used to load LNG from storage tanks to tankers or ISO tanks. The pipeline is mainly consisted of mass flow meters, flow control valves, emergency shut-off valves, safety valves, pressure transmitters and temperature transmitters to achieve quantitative loading. |

| Vapor Return Pipeline | The vapor return pipeline is used to recover the BOG in tanker or ISO tank to reduce the internal pressure. The pipeline is mainly equipped with emergency shut-off valve, pressure transmitter, temperature transmitter and safety valve. |
| Cold Circulation Pipeline | The cold circulation pipeline and the loading pipeline form a loop to ensure that loading pipeline is filled with cryogenic liquid in the standby state. |
| Draining Pipe | After loading is completed, it is used to drain the remaining medium in the liquid phase pipeline to prevent LNG gasification and overpressure. |
| Venting Pipeline | Used to release pressure in the pipeline system, for example gas exhaust from safety valve, and collect the medium purged from pipeline. |
| Nitrogen Purge Pipeline | Purge the pipeline with nitrogen before loading to ensure that pipeline system does not contain air. After loading, purge the pipeline to ensure that natural gas will not be discharged into the air. |
| Instrument Air Pipeline | The instrument air line provides purified compressed air for the pneumatic actuator, and the design pressure is 1.0 MPa. |
